Exhibition Archive

Across the Borders was an exhibition showcasing twelve years of USQ Printmaking Porfolios (2009 – 2020).  The works exhibited are a record of current and past staff and student practices, and how these evolve over time.  These works have been exchanged with those of other tertiary Printmaking studios yearly, and selected works from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT), National Art School (NAS), Curtin University and the University of Tasmania (UTAS) are displayed in this exhibition.  Collectively, these works map a portion of the development of contemporary Australian Printmaking for over a decade.

The prints are held in numerous private and public collections nationally, and USQ has been the only regional university to be invited to participate in this ongoing exchange.
